It reviews your current package, the volume you're currently downloading (over the past 3 months) anf explains how the caps will affect you. I only download 20-30 GB so I am well under the cap. There was no mention of an upload cap. BTW, the Extreme and Extreme Plus packages let you upload at twice the speed 1000 Kbps.

I'm on Extreme, the best Rogers offers. I will keep an eye out for my next bill/brochure.
