Signing Up For Shitty Sponsor Programs

I signed up for one yesterday that only had a couple of things on the signup form - name, email, site, etc. I assumed that once you got into the admin, there'd be a place to put in your payment info. When I logged in, I saw this:

All your affiliates provide that the billings will pay you directly.

It took me at least 20 minutes of clicking on links in the admin to figure out that I can get paid via CCBill once I go thru about 30 extra steps

I also love the ones that say they have a webmaster referral program, but no link codes for it in the admin.
