It's pretty clear after reading through some of those sites that there's an established pattern to the fraudulent transactions. The source almost certainly has insider access to billing info somewhere.

Pretty tough for GPNETHELP (aka Fling) not to at least be aware of it, if not directly involved. |badafro|

Yeah i was reading through a couple myself, there's no way i want to send surfers somewhere they'll get screwed.

I don't know about anyone else but fling don't convert anyway, or maybe they do and the fraud goes a bit further.
