Adsense even in mainstream is usually not a big money maker, depending on the keywords. Your usually talking cents per click, when they even click. Black label doesn't say what they pay, you have to sign up to find out.

Question is, do you want to make cents per click or say $35 per sign up? Not to mention recurring that can make you money for months or longer.

Most webmasters do not test and track their ads either, leaving money on the table. You can keep guessing with your site or actually test it to find out what really does work.
