And for me its impossible to know that that term have a trade mark.I had no idea about that, and i removed this as soon i was aware of it.

Im going to call bullsh*t on the fact you didn't know the keywords were there. That tactic has been around for years, using popular non-adult terms, or terms that relate to hot topics to generate higher search engine placement..especially when making mirrored doorway pages. And as mentioned in this thread already, you would have been contacted in regard to a lawsuit long before you were hit with any papers. Also mentioned - get a lawyer
