The Good link lists are always upfront with their rules. They have played by those rules for years and don't screw around with HONEST freesite builders. I have yet see one of the Good link lists say you have to have x Google rating to be listed. True, sometimes you only get to be showcased for a month or two, but.. everyone who can read and respect the few simple rules gets a shot at being listed.

LLs that have tons of unwritten rules, or change them faster than women change their panties won't ever have the respect of the builders OR the surfers. I don't care what a search engine says, it is the quality and integrity of the site that attracts the traffic. GG, Smutgremlins, Tommy's, Richard's Realm, DangerDaves.. have been around and are respected by visitor and builder alike because they play fair, and post their rules up front.

Jerk around with the freesite builders and you will get crappy sites for your list. The good builders won't put up with your temper tantrums.
