Good morning all. Yesterday I pulled out the wine I made last year. The wine came from my grape tree in the back yard. I wanted to wait till labor day to mark 1 year. Were moving out of here before then so I decided to start drinking my home made wine last night.
It didnt taste like a cabernet .... I will try a new recipe for this years harvest though.

Cooked the crawfish etoufe and made yeast rolls last night, DAMN what a meal! Tonight it's king crab legs with red tater's and corn cooked in crab boil. I feel like shit so I think I'll have another bloody mary....
