How important is good English to you in your fs reviews?

Thanks for all the replies. I get submits where it's obvious English might not be the first language, yet it makes sense and is not a huge problem...analogous to someone speaking decent English with a foreign accent. I can also overlook a misspelling or two (I'm not a great speller myself, but have been using spell checkers since '82... )

But I'm getting some real gibberish here. Looks like it's going to be a reject.
