The New ARS Is Actually A GOOD THING...What do you guys think??

What I did not like was the attitude we were told. it reminded me of an evil HR director telling employess about mass layoffs. when people start spouting "we made a Business decision " as an answer I know i stop listening to them.

and if one of the reasons for poor retention is to high of a price (I agree with that) and poor content.. then fix that. lower the price and have better members area's
