Good morning world
 Wind up to 50 mph gusts, rain falling sideways and tornado warnings just north of here. Lots of tropical storm strength weather planned for today and tomorrow, but fortunately our Cuban neighbor is eating a lot of the force Ike brought along. Gotta love the mountains on those islands. Tides are pretty high this morning and we may get a couple feet of storm surge by high-tide time later this afternoon/evening. Wishing everyone a day with no need to keep looking out the window to see how high the water out back has risen in the last 10 minutes.

Good Morning All. Hope you keep dry and safe Simon from Ike. Glad our bits of rain and wind we have contented with since yesterday are nothing like you are going through.
Just trying to wake up enough to go walk. Some days, its harder than others. Don't seem to be losing any more weight yet, but I can feel everything toning up, so that is progress.  Just some work today planned, need to work on some non-adult projects too. Now if I can get awake enough to do them, lol. Have a good one all.
