Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.
|
Still the same weight, 179 today. I'm sure eventually, it will trend down, lol. I'll take a pic tomorrow no matter what it is.
As I put in the morning thread though, I can feel everything toning up from the walking, so I'm not too discouraged since I know I'm putting on muscle. I've also always gained and loss very slowly...it has taken me 9 years to put on 40 lbs, I don't expect to lose it overnight. I've lost a 1/2" in my waist, and that makes me more encouraged then only losing 4# (3 before we started)
