I think your site design is a little too general - you need to develop the psychological hooks that will make the customer overcome their default wariness and pull out the card.

It reminds me a bit of my first attempt, a general girls paysite with local talent - which failed - 9 yeas ago.

It's going to be a challenge, dude. Be prepared to tough it out, and make experiments.

I'd try to niche it out more, and make entryways that focus on specific storylines or girls or body parts.
