Have a Good Saturday

[Useless]

Looks chilly outside, but I need to venture out in a few minutes since the dogs, the cat and my daughter's Russian tortoise have all decided to run out of food at the same time.

I think the kids and I have developed a strategy of coping without my wife. I issue the occasional grunt/brief command concerning food, homework or bedtime, which they won't acknowledge vocally, but will, nonetheless, act upon. Otherwise, I avoid them, they avoid me, and all is well. Oh, my 9 year-old did communicate with me briefly yesterday to inform me that he needs a better graphics card for his PC. I didn't ask why.

good morning everyone

got up early this morning with some ideas that wouldn't wait so here I am! Going to be back and forth today between working, getting the groceries and maybe even a little Xmas shopping.

Hang in there UW! Even if you never say two words to each other the whole time, you and the kids will be closer than ever and that'll pay off someday (well we all have that hope, don't we )
