Are you suggesting that the recips get syndicated dynamically to each free site (that's what I initially thought you were saying), or would it be to some other RSS reader where they'd then be copied from, rather than going to each link list to gather recips?

This is another one. (But may be not to each but groups)

You see, one post and two useful applications are found! I think good programmer can find lots of other ideas to realize in software, server-side or desctop, doesn't matter.
