Well the Steelers certainly do impress me with their play lately so it'll be hard to beat them in the AFC. Colts maybe yes. I was liking the Jets but way too inconsistent. Tennessee maybe? Bad coaching could hurt them.
NFC is looking like Giants but you can't count out Carolina. Giants - Steelers with a Giants win by 10-13 pts  |

Giants are pretty banged up so I'll go with the Panthers in the NFC. The AFC is tough as I think you could argue Steelers, Titans, Colts or Ravens but, in the end, I think the Steelers continue to win ugly.
As for the winner, Panthers in a close one. |

Panther's lose a very lackluster game with only 1 touchdown to the Steelers and everyone complains about how bad a game it is.
