Good morning world

Just more work to get done on another usual day, so the plan is to work for awhile and then knock off early since I started before 5 am and should be all done by a little after noon. May rain here later but for now it's a sunny day and too humid for open windows so I have to run the a/c. Looking forward to a cooler weekend though.

I saw that online yesterday Simon and thought YUM! My stomach couldn't handle all that grease though! I bet FanTC would love it

Didn't think of this in time to edit my post but I just thought of a way to make that healthy. Instead of Italian sausage, cook some spinach, drain well, mix in cream cheese, cheddar cheese and an egg for a binder. Spread that on the bacon and roll up into a log. Tie the ends with butcher's twine to keep the filling in, then smoke. Health food!
