I had a horrible night last night. Rolled over in bed to room spinning vertigo so bad it felt like I'd drank about a gallon of wine...and I haven't drank in almost 8 years. Scared the shit out of me, had no idea why I couldn't even get to the bathroom without hanging on to MadHatter to keep from falling over.
Thank God for Web MD, got up this morning and read about Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo and had MadHatter help me do the exercises to get the ear crystals to move in the right place, and I'm about 1,000 percent better. Saved me a trip to the doctor, to have him do the same thing, lol. Treating my plugged ear with some decongestants and hopefully it will turn out ok.  The day just has to get better than that start.
