Our rat problem is back. Last night our house gusts from DC arrived and Christy took her out back to show her our kayaks only to find hundreds of rats in our backyard. I guess I'll be going to Home Depot to try to find a way to kill the rats without killing our cats.
Then our house guest tries to take a shower in our guest room's bathroom only to find the valve stuck in cold water only mode. An hour later after shutting the water off to our house and taking the valve apart it was finely unstuck from lack of use. Quote:
