Good Morning
It is looking almost like a full day of work for a change. I just got back from my visit to the hospital and hopefully, I will be home all day.

Morning!

Have had no time to work the past week due to a crazy offline life I hope to change that this week

I went for my yearly check-up and my blood pressure and sugar were high. The doc. is giving me one month to change it on my own so I don't have to go on medication. So my walks have increased from 3 miles a day to 5 ugggh I split it up into two sessions. No complaints from my dogs though!
