I think I finally got it. I mopped it with our big professional mop and used bleach with Pine-sol mixed in and also used the mop to mop the wall around the area and it seems to be gone. This is why there is no carpeting in our home.

We have tile in some of our home, but when we get some extra money, I want to rip out all the rest of the carpet and put tile down for the same reason. I swear the cats run to the carpet when they feel the urge to vomit.

That is one of the reasons we got rid of all our throw rugs.
