Been up since 5 when someone came in to suck my blood.

Getting even more leg surgery today. Probably should just have a zipper put on my leg for fast and easy access.

It's Christy's thirtieth birthday today which is a really big deal for her. She has been making plans for over a month for what was supposed to be a week long celebration consisting of parties, swing clubs, goddess ceremonies, kayaking and snorkeling. Instead the day we were supposed to have gone to the swing club I ended up in the emergency room after going to the doctor to see why my foot was too sore to wear any of my high heels. Now she will be sitting at the hospital while I'm in surgery for what the doctor has said is a rather high risk procedure. Definitely not the birthday celebration that had been planned but definitely an usual one that she will not forget. Funny how life rarely goes as planned.
