I need to spend some time doing housework today since I have become increasingly slovenly. The soon-to-be-ex will be coming over this evening so we can file our taxes jointly for the last time. Not sure how I feel about that. I'm fine when I see her, but I'm usually quite sad for a couple of hours later. I don't know why because I wouldn't ever want her back. The therapist said I have protection mechanisms at play keeping from re-experiencing the full blow of it all again. Well, I wish those mechanisms would do the fucking laundry.

I have an appointment at 3, so I guess I'll go hop (up and down) in the shower and descale myself.
