yikes. crazeee. slam some acidophilus.

( I injured myself, been dealing with that - got staph - damn - antibiotics - but the wife bought me some super acidophilus capsules - they really seemed to help keep my intestional flora in good shape even with the cephlex... so I am a recent convert to acidophilus capsules. Get the good ones - with at least 14 billion good bacterias per dose.)
