Good Glorious To Be An American Afternoon My Friends!
 I had my 1st Aquatic Therapy today. While I was in the water, it wasn't too bad. But as soon as I got out, Holy Fuck! It felt like I was carrying an extra 300 pounds! And my back is f'ing screaming! Ugh  Nothing but work today for me, but today I'll be working with a big fat smile on my face  Have A Democratee Day  |
