"What Are You Working On?" October 2014

New stuff scares me. Web wise: I speak HTML, Perl, and have a smattering of Javascript. I have a Facebook account but I only signed up to enter a competition. After that I "friended" several relatives, then ignored it and have not been back for a few years.

This weekend I have to face my fear of "new stuff" and enter the 21st century (or at least the latter end of the 20th century).

I've got to learn how to create a commercial page on Facebook and actually regularly post to the damn thing.

I also have to learn how to use Twitter, and regularly tweet on the damn thing.

I also intend to download Wordpress, and learn how to use it (up to now I have used my own Perl script to create blogs).

I am not going to enjoy this weekend. I think I need a drink.

10.30am is not to early to get drunk is it?
