Was going away for the weekend but have too much work on, so am slaving over the computer until Dr Who starts.

Checking the time of Dr Who (it rarely starts at the same time two weeks running because there is a lot of sport on Saturday, and later programs are shifted around depending on event ending times) I noticed that the late movie is a detective movie. It is listed as a foreign film with English subtitles, which is reasonably common with late films. However the country of production is listed as Australia, and last time I checked, they speak English there!

Puppy News

I mentioned a while back that the Puppy has just had his first birthday. Today he is going to a party with all his brothers and sisters. The breeder who sold him to my friend has invited all the litter, and their owners, back for a first birthday party for the entire litter.

Apparently there will be cake and dog treats!

I imported one of my dogs from South Africa. Every year on 11 March she receives a happy birthday e mail and updates on all her litter mates. From the age of two weeks up until the puppy buyers received their little bundles of joy, we were all treated to weekly updates on all the litter, by name , the antics each individual got up to, and progress pictures.

I hope the puppy enjoys his party and doesn't forget to take a present for the birthday pup.
