Friday November 20th (aka I Hate Owning A Home)

Good morning from my rented, no unexpected costs non money-pit, townhome

Usual day here so far of working. When we sold our home in August 2013 after it taking over a year we decided then and there it will be a while before we own our own home again. They are a FUCKING MONEY PIT. Now with that said, we have no idea where we will be living next year, though we might buy a cottage in the spring LOL. Only because we want a place to call our own if we do travel more and in Ottawa a cottage is $125-200K tops where homes start at $350 normally.
