5 working days later & no reply to my emails & no banner in their admin. You'd think that just under 3 months would be enough time to get whatever-the-fuck this dumbass new system is in place......

Actually, in cases like this I consider 3 minutes too long! If a sponsor is going to make changes, I expect them to finish the backroom stuff, beta test it, and be ready to go live BEFORE they make the changes!
