Well most inspectors are good people there are a couple that can be for more of a pain in my ass than worth throwing a fuss about. The funny thing is (you will like it because it's weather related) is that the 20% chance of rain turned into 100% and it was pouring when he was here and had to use an umbrella while checking the outdoor panel. Karma.
As I mentioned it poured rain so it was not a nice day in the 70's but a more typical mid 60's with wetness. So it was a near 30 degree drop from the day before and I am quite happy about it
