Some guy named is meeting some other guy named Putin in our capital city next week and it has the entire country in an uproar. 3 demonstrations planned, more screening of visitors, congestion, and oh yes -- being the only topic of discussion anywhere. Neither one is much liked here and many are questioning why this summit is even being held here. Gives me a good excuse to stay away from the newscasts and get more work done..

Just got back from a long [second] day of background work.

If "President Einstein" ever comes to Ottawa, I will make the 4 hour drive to raise a sign in protest.
