Back when I was 15 or so I worked at a summer camp as a dishwasher. There was a cook there, German guy named Hans. He had every edition of "jokes for the john", and there were lots of editions.

I learned so many jokes and used to be able to rip through them for about 2 or 3 hours. Now I remember a handful Grandmas' Whorehouse was one of them
