I went to bed around 3:30 am, but woke up at 9:10 am. I find that distressing. It also means I will likely spend half the day sleeping on the couch because I am an out of shape middle-aged man with nothing to keep my mind involved in what's going on around me.
Yesterday was a dark day for me, but today seems like it's starting off well enough. I may even do laundry.
