If it is something I really like then not much work gets done OR I only watch it during lunch and/or dinner breaks so I can pay attention to everything. When that happens I'm only seeing 1 or 2 episodes a day.
But there is a lot of stuff out there to watch that is just ok/good but not great where you don't need to pay attention visually to understand what is happening but I want to see how the story plays out. If need be just rewind the good/important parts.
