The sad truth about tinitus is that it can be caused by both loud music, old age and poor posture. Sigh.

Afternoon!
 I woke up feeling sickly with 1 ear clogged, so I took an antibiotic we has & some regular meds & went back to bed. Slept for about 5 hours & I feel better, but not 100%. Gonna try to get some work done & want to watch the MNF game as all 4 of my matchups this week are a toss-up  |
