Tue Aug 16 Back At It!

Good Morning

Woke just before 3am with a POUNDING headache, so much so I had to get up and sit up, which I did for almost an hour and after 2 advils, the headache subsided enough for me to go back to bed at 4am, got up at 6:20 and started my day and here I sit.

Usual Tuesday planned, work work work until about 6pm then we'll head over to our regular Trivia Tuesday. Have a good day

visit to my Best Man who is now in hospice care in Stratford followed by web work for the remainder of the afternoon and evening. I can't believe he's gone from a pain in his neck to being terminally in just 2 months. Fucking fuck. Anyhow, that's the way it is.

That is SCARY for it to happen that fast and truly sad as well. It's hard on families
