Good Evening

I'm pretty tired after a long day.
After tons of sessions and tests, they've concluded that I am bipolar type 2. I've been reading a bit about it, and it makes sense. Oh well.

I'll try to make a productive weekend, the last days have just vanished into nothing

From my personal experience, I can say that a diagnosis is a good and powerful thing. It was only after we found out that our daughter had Borderline Personality Disorder (and was emotionally disregulated) were we were able to get her (and us) help.
