^ BIL bailed on his hospital visit. Claimed his legs hurt too much. That may be true. I offered to pick him up and take him there but I got an angry no. I can tell you that it is very difficult to have a conversation with someone who is not very intelligent and extremely stubborn. Anyhow, we are scheduled for a week from now.
