Morning
 Up and working but have a lot going on today. Massage at 9:15 (not a fun one, they did into your sore muscles and make them more sore  ), then a run to the cottage and after that a 3:30 chiro appointment and tonight I'm heading to the hockey game  Sens are playing Vancouver and I got invited into the Molson Canadian box so free  and food, should be a good time  |
