Just a reminder that there's no radio show today because I have to go in front of the town board & bag them to let me build a shelter on my land - I guess there's some stupid law on the books that you can't have over x% of your property covered with dwellings (something about you just popping up building all over your property - LOL) The shelter I want to build will put me over the % so I have to go & ask them if it's ok - plus I guess they tell my neighbor's what I plan on doing & they get to come in & say no if they want, which sucks because I don't really get along with my neighbors - LOL

I lived in a neighborhood like that once and built a small fence around my front yard before I knew about it. Fortunately for me, the neighbors decided they'd rather have my dogs fenced in than running loose so I didn't have to take it down
