1 - GG you reviewed a site???
2 - Druid - not sure if it will come to that, I like to see New Webmasters that "have a clue" all the time.
I've sent more than one email to submitters telling them what to change to get listed.
While I could probably make 200 free sites in a day, there is no way I could make them look like someone else AND have them all listed. So it all comes down to working relationships.
You post here - get your name known - and you'll get more listings.
If it was rocket science - I'd have to be working on digging a hole to China

Some may close their submits to Partner status.... only to block crappy submits.
But achieving partner status shouldn't be any harder than following the rules.
So a "show me your last 3 free sites" may or may not become the norm, but LL's will still need and send traffic to webmasters.

3 - Matrix fan - I'm averaging about 34% for the past couple weeks, but I've also been adding to the BL more than ever.
I guess if you don't see them, you don't count them.
