Hi komputor!
I use a standart rule to get a partnership - i make it routinely 1 time 3 week - i use the best galls which have a good aprovements - at comments i write full description about myself, success, current big listing, host i use, sponsors, my domens, about plans, etc - letter about partner account contains all above, but i add thumbs examples 88*88 or 90*120 to galls i show try to make it and u'll be a partner.
