The thing about the Hilton movie was 1st that she knew she was being taped & directed him as far as where the camera was & whatnot, thus she "produced" it.
Then it came out that she got all kinds of money from the sales, which means that she probably knew about it all along (like Tommy & Pamela - LOL) Bottom line with any & all content is that if you don't have a license to use it, you can't. |
