help with domain valuation

Hi All,

We have had the domain stripteaze.com for ever and ever. Never got around to develop it and actually not even to sell it. We have had an offer for it and I want to find out if it is an ok offer. Please let me now what you think the domain is worth!!!

I don't think it is worth all that much. It's a nice domain name but the "z" gives it no typein traffic I'd assume. Without typein or high SE traffic coming in how can it be worth much at all?
