Has anyone been able to get the webcamwiz whitelabel to work on their own subdomain on an existing site?

Shouldn't matter if it is a sub domain or not. All that is done either through your host's dns.

I have followed their instructions for subdomains but am getting 'Didn't find any alias declaration for host '. I think it's on their end and they think it's on Moniker's end, so I wanted to find someone else who has done it successfully...

It's been so long that I can't remember what the issue was but I do remember that I had an issue on my end with incorrect settings.
Mine isn't on a sub domain but here are my settings in case it helps you with your issue. I think with a sub domain you would replace the www in my settings with the sub domain since www is actually a sub domain. |
