I am still dumbfounded from what I saw in DC last night. Just when you think

couldn't possibly get worse, he uses tear gas, rubber bullets & flash grenades to move peaceful protestors out of the way for a photo op. I am truly ashamed of my country

My funk was subsiding, but now who knows...

I do have my chiro appt this afternoon & she hired a Stretch Therapist that I'm gonna have work on my lower back before my appt.
