New LL with 38 PR3 Categories
Ok guys here are some traffic and PR opportunities. I've been waiting for Google to give the LL some PR before launching it. Right now each category has a PR3 with ZERO outgoing links. So if you have a new site with no PR, this is a Great opportunity for you.
