Go clear out all the National Guardsmen, then get all of your crates lined up outside near where Ryder will park the van (be sure to have a few extra incase you knock a couple of them over). Then go back and unlock the gate, run back to the forklift and start loading up. Its a lot shorter distance to travel so you can do it much faster! The only bad thing about this way is that a National Guardsman occasionally pops up and jerks you off the forklift (where the hell he comes from is beyond me)!
