What is the rules on this

Bare minimum, come up with 7 templates (one for each day fo the week). Cycle through those templates, and when you get to day 8, make sure you use different colors and fonts to keep things fresh.

1 per day, 30 days.

You might also want to take a break every few days and submit somthing else, mostly because regular surfers on a link site will get bored with your stuff quickly. Keep things fresh!
