As far as GoDaddy - that wouldnt be where the problem would come in - the real problem is the Search Engines themselves - Most of them really do not like the auto submission process and advise against using that type of software - the old fashioned manual method of submitting works much better - of course the best method of getting listed in search engines is to have other web sites link to yours (and its free)

Of course your site is already listed in Google so getting submitted is kind of a moot point - the next thing to get it to rank well for the keywords and search terms is first to decide what you want to show up for - then the "optimizing" part of the website could start

and there's plenty of help here to get it started
