Banned Whiners?

OK I think this is pretty funny, we have been getting more strict on enforcing our rules because we are getting so many submits a day, like many of you.

How many times do you get a cheater saying they didn't cheat? Even though whois information may be identical on two different domains, host ip matches exactly etc?

Also when you ban someone do you tell them the reason why or just ignore them?

Seems like since we started catching these multi-submitters in the last two weeks almost everyone was flat out busted. I lifted one ban because of the reason the person gave me. It just seems alot of these guys are huge whiners when they get caught cheating. How do you handle the people you ban?

My ban list is now approaching five digits and growing by the day.

I do not tell people they are banned and they just get my thank you page.

It is ruining everything for everyone.

We just started expanding out Tgp's again but we still wont be taking any regular submissions, just partner only, it's really the only way to go other than paid.

When someone on my blacklist submits, my script sends them to my actual blacklist. If they feel like digging thru it they can find why they were blacklisted. Of course, they get to see why everyone else was blacklisted too. So at least they get some good reading.
